Where campus work gets stuck

Clear the obstacle.
Complete the next step.

From the first campus visit to a confirmed course schedule, timely student support, and a scholarship’s impact. Explore six connected workflows that bring the right people, records, and actions together.

Prospective students, campus visits & counselor outreach

Turn a first inquiry into a personal path to campus.

A prospective transfer student is exploring biology and wants to know whether campus will feel like home. Connect the inquiry, program interests, conversations, and visit itinerary. Give the counselor the context to answer real questions and carry that relationship into a completed application.

Counselors know who needs a conversation. Recruitment leaders can see which outreach and visits lead to completed applications.

The systems behind the work

Six areas of campus.
One platform to run them.

A student’s application becomes the starting point for enrollment, registration, support, and a lasting alumni relationship. Each team works with the records and permissions its responsibilities require.

01

Recruitment

Manage inquiries, campus visits, program interests, and counselor outreach. Give each prospective student an owner and a next step, with a clear view of your incoming class.

02

Enrollment

Run applications, document review, decisions, deposits, and onboarding. Students see what they need to finish; staff see where an application or enrollment has stalled.

03

Registration

Manage course offerings, prerequisites, holds, waitlists, and add/drop. Students and advisors can plan against degree requirements and register for the courses that move them forward.

04

Retention intelligence

Spot changes in engagement, academic progress, and registration. Bring the evidence to an advisor, coordinate a response, and track whether the student received the help they needed.

05

Advancement

Manage alumni relationships, gift-officer portfolios, and the five stages of moves management: identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Connect campaigns, gifts, and pledges. Follow scholarship agreements through awards and donor reporting, with commitments and receipts kept distinct.

06

Campus ERP

Run student accounts, general ledger, budgets, purchasing, HR, and payroll. Reconcile balances, route approvals, and trace financial reports to the transactions behind them.

Who is Gratona designed for?

Colleges and universities that need admissions, academic services, student success, advancement, and finance to work together. Counselors see unfinished enrollment steps, advisors see barriers to student progress, and leaders see the work and finances across the institution.

Can Gratona replace our SIS or ERP?

Yes. Gratona supports admissions, student records, course registration, student accounts, and campus ERP, alongside advancement. You can adopt these areas in phases or retain selected existing systems. Each phase establishes where records are maintained and how updates reach the teams that use them.

How do we move our records and bring staff on board?

Implementation starts with your workflows, historical records, and reporting requirements. Import and reconcile your data, configure roles and approvals, and train staff on the work they do each day. Validate the results with your teams before each cutover, with a support and escalation plan for launch.

How is student information shared across departments?

Access follows each person’s role and responsibilities. An advisor can work with academic and support records while advancement uses the alumni and donor information appropriate to its work. Student details shared with donors follow the institution’s permissions and consent requirements. The same access rules apply to Tali’s work.

What does Tali handle, and what stays with our staff?

Tali identifies work that needs attention, gathers the relevant records, prepares follow-ups, and coordinates assigned tasks. Your staff makes admissions, academic, and financial decisions, approves communications, and can trace each recommendation back to its sources.

Can we use our existing tools and export our data?

Yes. Connect the systems you retain, preserve institutional identifiers, and reconcile updates between them. Export records and reports for institutional analysis and downstream systems. Your rollout defines which system owns each record so changes have a clear home.
