Synchronized Currency

Synchronized Currency
Check the home currency configured for the connected QuickBooks Online company. Use that actual setting when comparing currencies for synchronization.
If your currency in Gratona is different from the currency set for your company in QuickBooks, donations in that currency will be rejected during sync. To sync donations successfully, make sure your Gratona Base Currency, your QuickBooks home currency, the linked customer's currency, and the donation currency all match.
Gratona sends its Base Currency when creating a QuickBooks customer and on qualifying updates to an existing linked customer. This does not automatically convert an existing customer's currency: QuickBooks does not allow Customer currency to be changed once set. Check existing customer links before syncing and ask support or your finance team to review a mismatched link.
A sales receipt uses the donation currency only when it matches the QuickBooks home currency and any explicitly assigned customer currency. A mismatch prevents the receipt from posting. Enabling QuickBooks multicurrency does not remove these Gratona sync checks.
