New Form

This trigger polls the donor forms in your account and returns each form's ID and name. Recipient and entity forms are not included.

Each time the trigger runs, it returns the ID and name of each donor form, and you can use that data in the rest of your Zap.

New Form

In this scenario choose Trigger event and the name is New Form and then choose the account that you want to use to make the request then move on to the next step.

returned details

The test displays donor-form records returned by the connected account. Each contains the form ID and name; the trigger does not request exactly three records.
